Prior to founding CS+M in 1988, Dave was the General Manager at Bose Corp., Executive V.P. Sales at Gulf + Western Corp. (today known as Viacom) and General Sales Manager at Electro-Voice Corp. Prior to that he was a successful field salesperson, zone sales manger and regional sales manager.

Dave is the creator of Total Quality SellingTM, a consultative sales process, publisher of Sales TraxTM,a free weekly series of email sales tips that addresses sales, management and service concerns, and numerous sales workshops. He has published over 250 “Focus On Sales” weekly articles in the Orlando Business Journal and was host of Clear Channel’s “Sales Talk Live” radio show. Dave is considered an “Executive in Residence” at UCF, Rollins , Stetson, BC, U. Miami, U. Florida, Boston College and MIT Universities.
